When you're ready to step off, it's best to do so by stepping off behind you with one foot. Look first before you take the step.

After you are at ease with this process, you can turn it into a fitness move, much like step aerobics. Simply step onto the trampoline with your right foot, bring your left foot up with it. As you continue to bounce you can push yourself higher until your feet leave the surface, but make sure not to go too high and take note of the location of the ceiling so you don't bump your head. First, begin by standing in the center of your trampoline. Next, lift one foot up at a time in a marching movement. The higher you lift your foot, the better exercise you will receive.
